Keith L hit two home runs, but it wasn't enough to carry the ThE DiRtY BaNaNaS (6-16) to a win on Saturday, as the ThE DiRtY BaNaNaS fell to the Grindhouse (5-17) 18-17 in seven innings.

L put himself in scoring position with four extra-base hits for the ThE DiRtY BaNaNaS. He singled in the first inning, doubled in the first and fourth innings, and homered in the third and sixth innings.

The Grindhouse found themselves down in the third inning but managed to fight back and claim the win.

Mike Diez racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Grindhouse. He singled in the fourth and fifth innings.

The two teams combined for 35 runs and 50 hits, including zero extra base hits.

The Grindhouse staved off the ThE DiRtY BaNaNaS as the ThE DiRtY BaNaNaS were unable to match the Grindhouse down the stretch.

The ThE DiRtY BaNaNaS scored on an RBI double by L, an RBI double by Matt Wattinks, and an RBI single by Mike Pucci in the fourth inning, a solo home run by L in the sixth inning, and an RBI double by Sal Figliolia and an RBI double by Tom Cusimano in the seventh inning. Unfortunately, the ThE DiRtY BaNaNaS weren't able to take the lead back.

The Grindhouse easily handled the ThE DiRtY BaNaNaS pitching as eight hitters combined for 23 hits, 17 RBIs and 16 runs scored.
