Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Monday as the Lily Flanagans DCconnect (15-8) outscored the Biscuits (5-10) 17-8 in seven innings.

The two teams combined for 32 hits in the game.

The Lily Flanagans DCconnect left no doubt in the outcome with eight runs in the seventh.

Adam Krauss helped the Lily Flanagans DCconnect pull ahead for the duration in the sixth inning. Tracy Greene singled to start the sixth. He then went from second to third on an RBI single by Bill Cates. Finally, Krauss came to the plate with the score tied at six, and singled, scoring Greene.

Krauss racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Lily Flanagans DCconnect. He singled in the sixth and seventh innings.

The Lily Flanagans DCconnect's Rob Narducci was perfect at the dish, going 4-4. He homered in the first inning and singled in the third, sixth, and seventh innings.

Gary Chiesa recorded his second win for the Lily Flanagans DCconnect even though he allowed eight runs over seven innings. Chiesa struck out none, walked one and gave up nine hits.

Kevin Smalley (1-3) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed 17 runs in seven innings, walked two and struck out none.

The Lily Flanagans DCconnect pounded the Biscuits pitching, as seven hitters combined for 19 hits, 11 RBIs and 15 runs scored.
