Bo Logan kept the Rockville Express (0-2) off the board during his seven innings of work and the Bethesda Big Train (3-2) beat the Rockville Express, 3-0.

Logan struck out seven and allowed no walks and five hits.

Adam Barry helped the Bethesda Big Train pull ahead for the duration in the seventh inning. After Michael Bass was hit by a pitch, Barry came to the plate with the game scoreless in the seventh inning and singled, scoring Bass.

Hunter Renfroe had a hot bat for the Bethesda Big Train. Renfroe went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the seventh inning and homered in the ninth inning.

Nic Nowottnick was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed two runs.
