Schmidt led the Rockies AA's offensive threat, as he got on base three times in the game. He scored one run and had one RBI. He doubled in the third inning and singled in the fourth inning.
Schmidt's eight strikeouts helped the Rockies AA to the victory. Schmidt allowed no earned runs on five hits and two walks over seven innings.
