Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Friday as the Scarab Jewelers (12-6) outscored the Full Blown (2-2) 11-8 in seven innings.
The two teams combined for 30 hits in the game.
The game was back-and-forth heading into the sixth, with four lead changes.
Even though James Mongiori allowed eight runs over seven innings he still recorded the victory, his second of the season. He struck out one, walked two and surrendered 16 hits.
Brian Marcus (0-1) took the loss for the Full Blown. He allowed 11 runs in six innings, walked four and struck out none.
