Anthony Stewart-Pagani went 2-4, sparking the South All-Stars (1-0) to a 9-4 victory over the North All-Stars (0-1) on Tuesday at Sanford Mem. Stadium.

The North All-Stars couldn't get anything going as long as Michael Sylvestri was pitching. Sylvestri held the North All-Stars hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out none.

The South All-Stars couldn't get anything going as long as Montana Durapau was on the mound. The South All-Stars managed just one hit off of the the North All-Stars' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his 1 2/3 innings of work.

Drew Gay got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He allowed one run over one inning. He struck out two, walked none and surrendered one hit.

Nic Kovacs couldn't get it done on the rubber for the North All-Stars, taking a loss. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked three, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
