The Youses Orioles (20-20) and the Rockville Express (30-11) each put runners in scoring position on Friday, but the Youses Orioles capitalized on more RBI opportunities, pulling out an 8-4 win at Bachman Park.

Dominic Fratantuono did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Youses Orioles, reaching base three times. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He tripled in the sixth inning.

Josh Hampton had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He singled in the fifth inning and doubled in the third and seventh innings.

Mac Gill got the win, running his season record to 2-3. He allowed four runs over seven innings. Gill struck out four, walked one and gave up 13 hits.

Christian Sbiliy ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in five innings, walked six and struck out two.
