Both the Bourne Braves (7-15) and the Chatham Anglers (11-11) put runners aboard on Monday, but it was the Bourne Braves that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 5-3 win at Doran Park.

Brandon Moore shut down the Chatham Anglers while he was on the mound. The Chatham Anglers managed just three hits off of Moore, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four during his four innings of work.

Ryan Atwood ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked one, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
