The West Virginia Miners (21-8) rolled over the Lorain County Ironmen (7-22) 9-1 on Sunday at The Pipe Yard after a five-run rally in the fourth inning.

Tyler Wells racked up two RBIs on two hits for the West Virginia Miners. He singled in the third and fourth innings.

Mike Finnigan picked up the win for the West Virginia Miners. Finnigan pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and two walks while striking out five.

Tyler Plys (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed nine runs in 3 2/3 innings, walked none and struck out two.
