The Saskatoon Yellow Jackets (19-26) were never able to get over the hump and get over their troubles against the Medicine Hat Mavericks (30-15) on Wednesday, as the Saskatoon Yellow Jackets fell 7-6 at Cairns Field after falling behind by four runs in the fourth inning.
The Saskatoon Yellow Jackets scored on a single by Hans Ask in the fourth inning, , an RBI single by Wade Beauvais, and a sacrifice fly by Jon Shoutta in the fifth inning, and and a single by Jordan Chiero in the sixth inning. Unfortunately, the Saskatoon Yellow Jackets weren't able to take the lead back.
Bubba Dotson racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Medicine Hat Mavericks. He tripled in the second inning and singled in the third inning.

Donavon Feenstra recorded his fourth win for the Medicine Hat Mavericks even though he allowed five runs over five innings. Feenstra struck out four, walked six and gave up seven hits.
