The Rack and Sacks (5-20) built an early edge on Monday, but the Nothin But Mammals (7-18) roared back to steal an 8-4 victory at Bretton Woods.

While the Rack and Sacks led until the fourth inning, the Nothin But Mammals worked their way back and took the lead on a two-run single by Mike Ortega.

Matt Schwartz racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Nothin But Mammals. He homered in the first inning and singled in the fourth and fifth innings.

Nick Zavesky had a hot bat for the Rack and Sacks. Zavesky went 2-2, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the first and third innings.

Dan Malone recorded his first win of the year for the Nothin But Mammals. He allowed four runs over five innings. He struck out three, walked one and surrendered 10 hits.

Vinny Borgo couldn't get it done on the bump for the Rack and Sacks, taking a loss. He allowed eight runs in five innings, walked one and struck out none.
