Saturday was a great day for Hunter Renfroe, as he hit two home runs to carry the Bethesda Big Train (25-16) to a 12-1 victory over the Youses Orioles (20-20) at Shirley Povich Field.

Nine runs in the opening three innings allowed the Bethesda Big Train to easily put away the Youses Orioles. A home run by Renfroe in the first inning and , a single by Brendan Hendriks, , an error, and during the second inning supplied the early offense for the Bethesda Big Train.

The Youses Orioles couldn't get anything going so long as Ryan Doran was on the hill. Doran gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out five during his five innings of work.

Henry Gigeous was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed eight runs in 1 1/3 innings, walked three and struck out two.

The Bethesda Big Train's Hendriks, Tucker Tobin, Renfroe and Brennan Middleton combined for nine hits and seven RBIs.
