The Dodgers AA (11-6) and the Rockies AA (7-11) both had scoring chances on Thursday, but it was the Dodgers AA that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 5-4 win at Glenmore #3.

Cole Threndyle boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 3-3 day at the plate to pace the Dodgers AA. He singled in the third, fourth, and seventh innings.

Jake Gaetz handled the Rockies AA's lineup with ease, racking up seven strikeouts. Gaetz allowed no earned runs, five hits and five walks over 5 2/3 innings.

Tyler Schmidt was effective even in defeat, mowing down five the Dodgers AA batters and allowing three runs.

Threndyle recorded his fourth win of the year for the Dodgers AA. He allowed two runs over 1 1/3 innings. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered five hits.

Scot Rahal couldn't get it done on the bump for the Rockies AA, taking a loss. He lasted just 1 2/3 innings, walked none, struck out three, and allowed two runs.
