The Brantford Red Sox (19-3) outlasted the Kitchener Panthers (9-12) on Thursday after five lead changes, squeaking out a 8-5 win at Jack Couch Park.
Nick Studer reached base four times. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He homered in the seventh inning and singled in the second and ninth innings.
The Kitchener Panthers' lineup had no answer for Graham Tebbit. The Kitchener Panthers managed just two hits off of Tebbit, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his three innings of work.
