A great effort by Nico Marron hoisted the Smack that BOMBERS (17-5) to a 15-10 win in seven innings over the Biscuits (6-12) on Monday at E. Islip.

Marron racked up six RBIs on four hits for the Smack that BOMBERS. He doubled in the first inning, singled in the second inning, and homered in the fourth and sixth innings.

Both squads had things going at the plate, tallying 25 runs and 39 hits, including zero extra base hits.

The teams traded runs for most of the contest, leading to seven lead changes in the game.

Brian Smalley racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Biscuits. He homered in the second inning and tripled in the fourth inning.

Mike Ventorino improved to 6-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Smack that BOMBERS. He struck out none, walked none and surrendered no hits.
