An eight-run explosion in the sixth inning led the Bad News Blackout (10-8) to a 15-6 win in seven innings over the Que Pasa Pitches (0-20) at Colonial Springs Park on Tuesday.

The Bad News Blackout's Rob Calandra was perfect at the dish, going 4-4. He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the second and sixth innings.

Steve Biancato racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Que Pasa Pitches. He tripled in the first and third innings and singled in the fifth inning.

Nick Desposito got his first win for the Bad News Blackout despite allowing six runs over seven innings. He struck out two, walked three and surrendered 14 hits.

Biancato (0-1) took the loss for the Que Pasa Pitches. He allowed 15 runs in six innings, walked two and struck out none.

The Bad News Blackout hammered the Que Pasa Pitches pitching as seven hitters had a field day, combining for 20 hits, 12 RBIs and 13 runs scored.
