Daniels' 11 strikeouts helped the Sacramento Scorch to the victory. Daniels allowed one earned run, two hits and three walks over eight innings.
Jake Bews rocked the Redding Colt .45s with two home runs. Bews went 3-4 in the game with five RBIs and two runs scored. Bews homered in the first and second innings.
