OJR JV had a two-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 7-4 win over Great Valley JV.

OJR JV got the win thanks to a great game by Austin Mourar, who had two goals and one assist. Mourar scored the first of his two goals at 18 seconds into the first period to make the score 1-0 OJR JV. Ed Keegan provided the assist. Mourar's next tally made the score 6-4 OJR JV with 5:58 left in the second period. Bailey Watson picked up the assist.

OJR JV put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Great Valley JV to score on any of its four power plays. OJR JV kept Great Valley JV's goalie busy throughout the game, and Daniel Dougherty made 27 saves on 34 shots. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals.

Others who scored for OJR JV included Conner Patania, who had three and James Donnelly and Jacob Vitullo, who each put in one. Other players who recorded assists for OJR JV were Max Tornetta, who had one.

Great Valley JV managed to stay out of the box for the most part, totaling one minor for 12 minutes in penalty time. The total was was till above Great Valley JV's average of 6.0 minutes in penalty time per game.

Great Valley JV was led by Sam Edwards, who registered two goals and one assist. Edwards scored the first of his two goals at 11:19 into the first period to make the score 4-1 OJR JV.
