Team QMJHL uses early goal to top Team WHL, 2-0

Team QMJHL took the lead against Team WHL in the first period and maintained it until the end of the game to secure a tight 2-0 victory.

Team QMJHL took over the lead for good with a goal by Morgan Ellis at zero seconds in the first period. Zack Phillips picked up the assist.

Ellis had two goals to lead Team QMJHL to victory.

Team QMJHL was efficient when it shot the puck, scoring its goals on only three shots.

Team QMJHL's offense revolved around and Ellis, who put and two shots on net. Team QMJHL's defensemen played well offensively, producing two goals while racking up two shots.

Other players who recorded assists for Team QMJHL were Charles Hudon, who had two.
