Downingtown East JV Blue rolls over WC Henderson JV, 8-1

Downingtown East JV Blue had a five-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to an 8-1 win over WC Henderson JV.

Daniel Cook had two goals and one assist to lead Downingtown East JV Blue. Cook scored the first of his two goals at 7:47 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Downingtown East JV Blue. Ben Diehl assisted on the tally. Cook's next tally made the score 3-0 Downingtown East JV Blue with 5:36 left in the first period. A slashing penalty on Tom Valvano had put Downingtown East JV Blue on the power play. Patrick Sterritt picked up the assist.
