WC Rustin JV Gold tried to dig itself out of a three-goal hole, but WC East JV held on for a 4-3 victory.

WC East JV made the score 4-1 on a goal by Jack Guerra at 10:09 in the third period, and WC Rustin JV Gold got as close as 4-3 when Burke scored 14:57 into the third period.

WC East JV got the win with help from a great game by Nicholas Donnelly, who had one goal and two assists. Donnelly scored on the power play 1:05 into the second period to make the score 2-0 WC East JV. Anthony McNeila provided the assist.

WC East JV managed to stay out of the box better than usual, tallying one minor for two minutes in penalty time. WC East JV ended up below its season average of 11.0 penalty minutes per game. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals.

Others who scored for WC East JV included Shane Stefani and Ryan Clark, who scored one goal each. More assists for WC East JV came via Cameron Cortese and Sean Heard, who each chipped in one.

WC Rustin JV Gold also got a goal from Owen McDougall as well. In addition, WC Rustin JV Gold received assists from Aris Tsingiropoulos and Nick Aurillo, who contributed one each.
