Cassady's goals lift SJ Prep JV Gray to 9-5 victory over WC Rustin JV 2

SJ Prep JV Gray relied on the scoring touch of Evan Cassady, who netted five goals, to beat WC Rustin JV two, 9-5.

Cassady notched his first tally 5:02 into the first period. He then added goals at 1:50 into the second, at 12:25 into the second, at 7:23 into the third, and at 10:38 into the third.

SJ Prep JV Gray surpassed its usual scoring output this season. This season, SJ Prep JV Gray averages 6.3 goals per contest.

SJ Prep JV Gray also got points from Frank Verratti, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Owen Kelly also scored for SJ Prep JV Gray. In addition, SJ Prep JV Gray received assists from Maxwell Ricciardelli, who had two and Jonathan Procopio, Owen Moke, and Christian Gulliani, who each chipped in one.
