AB Ryan JV holds on for 3-1 win against Ridley JV

Ridley JV tried to dig itself out of a three-goal hole, but AB Ryan JV held on for a 3-1 victory.

AB Ryan JV took a 3-0 lead during the second period, only to have Ridley JV storm back on a Eric Miller goal 13:02 into the third period to pull to two goals down.

AB Ryan JV stifled Ridley JV's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

AB Ryan JV was helped by Dominick Cerceo, who finished with one goal and one assist. Cerceo scored 13:02 into the second period to make the score 2-0 AB Ryan JV. AB Ryan JV additionally got points from David Lee, who also grabbed one goal and one assist and Scott Nowosielski, who also racked up one goal and one assist.

Ridley JV was held below its usual level of production. Ridley JV puts an average of 3.6 pucks into the net per game. AB Ryan JV's defense shut down Ridley JV's forwards for much of the game, and Ridley JV got off only 13 shots during the contest.
