Miller nets hat trick, leads Ridley JV to 4-3 win over Haverford JV

Haverford JV could not stop Ridley JV's Eric Miller, who tallied a hat trick in a 4-3 win.

Miller got on the scoresheet 4:53 into the first period. He then added goals at 2:14 into the second and at 11:02 into the third.

Ridley JV's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on five Haverford JV power plays.

Ridley JV also got a goal from Tyler Davies as well. More assists for Ridley JV came via Andrew Moran, Dylan Shanahan, Evan Miller, Grace Ogden, and Reece Borak, who contributed one each.

Haverford JV stifled Ridley JV's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

Haverford JV was led by Daniel Morris, who had two goals and one assist. Morris scored the first of his two goals at 12 seconds into the first period to make the score 1-0 Haverford JV. Shane Liney picked up the assist. Morris' next tally made the score 3-3 with 15:20 left in the third period. Karl Myers provided the assist. Haverford JV also got points from Dominic Pantalone, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. In addition, Haverford JV received assists from Daniel Jr Mariani, who had two.

Colin Powell recorded 17 saves for Ridley JV. Ridley JV incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Haverford JV's Jordan Matsinger stopped 15 shots out of the 19 that he faced. Haverford JV incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
