Springfield JV blows out Haverford JV, 6-2

Springfield JV had a four-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 6-2 win over Haverford JV.

Scott Oslar was all over the ice for Springfield JV, as he tallied two goals and one assist in the win. Oslar scored the first of his two goals at 3:40 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Springfield JV. Oslar's next tally made the score 6-1 Springfield JV with 12:12 left in the third period. Ian Hershey picked up the assist.

Haverford JV was unable to stop Springfield JV from sending pucks towards the net, and Springfield JV eventually piled up 33 shots on goal.

Springfield JV additionally got points from Hershey, who also registered one goal and one assist. Springfield JV also had goals scored by Nick Canavin, Aiden Smith, and Connor Sadoff, who scored one goal each. In addition, Springfield JV received assists from Dan Barrett, Steven Griffin, and Brandon Rogers, who each chipped in one.

Haverford JV was led by Daniel Morris, who racked up two goals. Morris scored the first of his two goals at 3:18 into the second period to make the score 4-1 Springfield JV. Daniel Jr Mariani assisted on the tally. Morris' next tally made the score 6-2 Springfield JV with 5:28 left in the third period. Joe Falcone picked up the assist.

Lachlan Plummer rejected 28 shots on goal for Springfield JV. Springfield JV avoided the penalty box for the entire game and scored zero goals off of one power plays. Jordan Matsinger made 27 saves for Haverford JV on 33 shots. Haverford JV ended with no penalties and went 0-for-1 on the power play.
