Downingtown West JV failed to take advantage of its power play opportunities and Downingtown East JV Blue shook off a number of penalties to win, 3-0.

Downingtown East JV Blue was led by Kostas Kourahanis, who tallied one goal. Kourahanis scored 5:10 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Downingtown East JV Blue. Zachary Haberman picked up the assist.

Downingtown East JV Blue's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on six Downingtown West JV power plays. Downingtown East JV Blue was steadier on the defensive front than it has been for much of this season. Downingtown East JV Blue allows 2.1 goals per game.
