Each team kept the other at bay throughout the game, and Gabby Manocchio secured the win for Avon Grove JV with a goal in the third period.

Alex Faller had two goals to lead Avon Grove JV to victory. Faller found the back of the net 4:41 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Avon Grove JV and again while 1:34 into the third to make the score 2-2.
