Huge game by DGinto boosts Downingtown West GV over OJR GV, 6-2

Elizabeth DGinto had four goals and one assist to lead Downingtown West GV to a 6-2 victory over OJR GV.

DGinto got on the scoresheet 13:44 into the first period. He then added goals at 8:30 into the second, at 12:44 into the second, and at 1:05 into the third.

Others who scored for Downingtown West GV included Anna Spatola and Delaney Carle, who scored one goal each. In addition, Downingtown West GV received assists from Josie Silberman, Keerstyn Windle, and Cameron Brady, who each chipped in one.

OJR GV was led by Samantha Hughes, who registered one goal. Hughes scored 4:02 into the first period to make the score 1-0 OJR GV. Ava Rinker picked up the assist. Madison Twaddell also scored for OJR GV. More assists for OJR GV came via Natalie Keegan, who had one.

Tamara Boboige rejected 21 shots on goal for Downingtown West GV. Downingtown West GV avoided the penalty box for the entire game and scored zero goals off of zero power plays. Anna Diehl made 18 saves for OJR GV on 24 shots. OJR GV ended with no penalties and went 0-for-0 on the power play.
