Shanahan GV climbed out of a two-goal hole to beat Conestoga GV, 5-4. Shanahan GV let multiple leads slip away before eventually digging out of a two hole to pick up the win. Shanahan GV took a 1-0 advantage on a goal by Christine Lampron at 8:17 in the first period. Shanahan GV went down 4-2 after Conestoga GV's Michaela Caldwell put the puck home at 2:00 in the third period. After tying things up at 4-4 on a goal by Susan Roselli at 10:24 in the third, Shanahan GV got the game-winner from Lampron at 12:38 in the third period. Lampron had two goals and two assists to lead Shanahan GV. Shanahan GV managed to stay out of the box better than usual, totaling one minor for two minutes in penalty time. Shanahan GV ended up below its season average of 6.0 penalty minutes per game. Shanahan GV's offense rang up 52 shots on Conestoga GV's net. Shanahan GV got an offensive boost from its blueliners, who contributed two goals during the game. Shanahan GV also got a goal from Alexa Gilligan as well. More assists for Shanahan GV came via Amelia Reid, Grace Kane, and Emma Van Oostrom, who contributed one each.
