St. Louis Selects 18U hangs on, beats New Jersey Jr. Titans 18U 3-1

St. Louis Selects 18U took the lead against New Jersey Jr. Titans 18U in the first period and maintained it until the end of the game to secure a tight 3-1 victory.

A goal 10:56 into the first period by Joey Rosa proved to be the game winner, and powered St. Louis Selects 18U to the victory. Tyler McAtee picked up the assist.

Rosa had two goals to lead St. Louis Selects 18U to victory.

St. Louis Selects 18U pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 33 penalty minutes.

St. Louis Selects 18U stifled New Jersey Jr. Titans 18U's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. St. Louis Selects 18U got an offensive boost from its blueliners, who contributed three goals during the game.
