Three periods of regulation and an overtime session were not enough to settle matters as Chicago Mission 18U defeated Compuware 18U in a shootout 5-4. The shootout lasted for nine attempts between the teams. Compuware 18U's shootout goal was scored by Jhuwon Davis.
