Toronto Patriots falls to Kingston in overtime, 2-1 (OT)

The Kingston Voyageurs' Adam Brady scored 15:00 into overtime to beat the Toronto Patriots Patriots, 2-1 (OT).

With the win, Kingston avoided elimination to make the series score 3-2 in the best of seven series.

The Voyageurs were led by goalie Daniel Urbani, who finished with 27 saves while allowing one goal. Urbani certainly lowered his goals against average, which was 2.24 entering the contest.

Kingston's penalty kill excelled, as the Voyageurs gave up zero goals despite allowing eight power plays.

Kingston stifled Toronto Patriots' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Voyageurs' offense rang up 33 shots on the Patriots' net.

Kingston also got a goal from Ryan Watson as well. In addition, Kingston received assists from Blake ONeill, Adam Moodie, Michael Crocock, and Cole Bolton, who contributed one each.

Toronto Patriots was led by Nathan Feric, who scored the team's only goal. Feric scored 1:00 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Toronto Patriots. Mitch Emerson assisted on the tally.

Kingston incurred 24 minutes in penalty time with seven minors. Mathew Robson recorded 31 saves for the Patriots. Toronto Patriots incurred 14 minutes in penalty time with seven minors.
