Omaha AAA 14U squeaks by Pursuit of Excellence 2 14U, 4-2

Omaha AAA 14U and Pursuit of Excellence two 14U were evenly matched throughout their contest, but Omaha AAA 14U made the most of its opportunities and won, 4-2.

Neither team gained more than a two-goal lead, and Ethan Rodriguez's goal in the second period proved to be the difference maker.

Logan Will was all over the ice for Omaha AAA 14U, as he racked up two goals in the win. Will's tallies came at 1:48 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Omaha AAA 14U and nine seconds into the third to make the score 4-2 Omaha AAA 14U.

Omaha AAA 14U's offense operated below its season average. Omaha AAA 14U averages 7.3 goals per game.
