Kozak nets hat trick, leads San Jose Jr. Sharks 14U to 9-1 win over Utah Jr. Grizzles 14U

Utah Jr. Grizzles 14U could not stop San Jose Jr. Sharks 14U's Georgiy Kozak, who tallied a hat trick in a 9-1 win.

Kozak's first goal came 4:16 into the first period. He then added goals at 4:53 into the first and at 6:56 into the first.

San Jose Jr. Sharks 14U gained an early advantage, leading 4-0 by the end of the first period.

San Jose Jr. Sharks 14U's offense rang up 44 shots on Utah Jr. Grizzles 14U's net.

San Jose Jr. Sharks 14U also got points from Cole Slenkovich, who also tallied one goal and two assists, Bryon Moradshahi, who also registered one goal and one assist, John Yao, who also racked up one goal and one assist, and Zachary Anchondo, who also had one goal and one assist. San Jose Jr. Sharks 14U also had goals scored by Maxim Pivovarov and Joshua Harburn, who scored one goal each.
