Salt Lake City Moose downs Colorado RoughRiders, 5-0

Filip Hedvall tallied one point to lead Salt Lake City Moose to a 5-0 victory over Colorado RoughRiders.

Salt Lake City Moose put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Colorado RoughRiders to score on any of its four power plays.

Salt Lake City Moose also had goals scored by Brett Myer, Dan Veselovsky, Brett Howard, and Ryan Solomon, who each put in one. Other players who recorded assists for Salt Lake City Moose were Brian Crink, Joe Barnes, and Jonathan Svensson, who contributed one each and Jurijs Moiseicenko and Dmitry Kuznetsov, who each chipped in two.

Colorado RoughRiders could not produce up to its normal offensive output. Colorado RoughRiders puts an average of 3.7 pucks into the net per game.

Brad Robertson made 23 saves for Salt Lake City Moose on 23 shots. Salt Lake City Moose totaled 13 minutes in penalty time with four minors and one major and went 1-for-5 on the power play.
