London downs Sarnia, 4-1

Matt Fuller registered two points to lead the London Nationals to a 4-1 victory over the Sarnia Legionnaires.

The win by London clinched the best of seven series at 4-3.

The Nationals put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Sarnia to score on any of its five power plays.

London additionally got points from Austin Kemp, who also grabbed one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. London also had goals scored by Mike Whaley and Derek Todosichuk, who each put in one. In addition, London received assists from Ryan Wells, Paul Hopkins, Jonathan Sims, Ryan Tuffin, Keaton Ratcliffe, and Nik Passero, who each chipped in one.

The Legionnaires were led by Thomas Moxley, who scored the team's only goal. Moxley scored 6:30 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Sarnia. Davis Boyer provided the assist.

London's Jacob Riley stopped 14 shots out of the 15 that he faced. The Nationals incurred 24 minutes in penalty time with seven minors. Hunter Johnson rejected 25 shots on goal for Sarnia. The Legionnaires incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
