In a game where neither team could get a cushion, the Hill-Murray Pioneers escaped with a 5-3 victory over the Burnsville Blaze.

Hill-Murray gained the winning advantage on a goal by Zach Mills 7:26 into the third period and hung on until final buzzer.

Mills had a great game for the Pioneers, netting two goals.

Hill-Murray additionally got points from Tyler Funk, who also tallied one goal and one assist and Mitch Slattery, who also registered one goal and one assist to lead the team in points.
