Florida Eels pulled out a 4-3 (OT) overtime victory over East Coast Eagles on a clutch goal by Joey Colatarci. Fredrik Wink was all over the ice for Florida Eels, as he tallied two goals and one assist in the win. Wink scored the first of his two goals on the power play at 10:23 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Florida Eels. A holding penalty on Elijah Spear had put Florida Eels on the power play. Trent McDougall picked up the assist. Wink's next tally on the power play made the score 3-1 Florida Eels with 14:04 left in the second period. Tom Doverhjelm assisted on the tally. Florida Eels took advantage of East Coast Eagles' penalties, tallying three goals off of five power play opportunities. Florida Eels also got points from Doverhjelm, who also registered one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. In addition, Florida Eels received assists from Daniel Filler, who had two and Xavier Carrillo and Brien Thompson, who contributed one a piece. East Coast Eagles was led by Richard Hudzik, who finished with one goal and one assist. Hudzik scored 13:24 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Connor Kaminski picked up the assist. East Coast Eagles also got a goal from Nathan Margets as well. More assists for East Coast Eagles came via Edward Parsons and Jonathan Haun, who each chipped in one. Benjamin Hankinson made 22 saves for Florida Eels on 25 shots. Florida Eels incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Bryan Canter rejected 22 shots on goal for East Coast Eagles. East Coast Eagles incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
