Portland EJ downs Hampton Roads Whalers, 6-1

Jason Michaud racked up one point to lead Portland EJ to a 6-1 victory over Hampton Roads Whalers.

Portland EJ forced Hampton Roads Whalers' goalies to work in net, firing 31 shots and forcing 25 saves. Blake Scott made 11 stops and Brett Kilar made 14. Portland EJ got an offensive boost from its blueliners, who contributed two goals during the game.

Portland EJ additionally got points from Dakota Keene, who also finished with one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Portland EJ also got a goal from Brady Fleurent as well. In addition, Portland EJ received assists from Devin Mize, Haralds Egle, Christian Rossetti, and Nate Bergeron, who contributed one a piece.
