East Coast Eagles survives Space Coast Hurricanes comeback, wins 3-2

East Coast Eagles came close to giving away a three-goal lead to Space Coast Hurricanes, but did just enough to escape with a 3-2 victory.

East Coast Eagles led by three goals at one point and ended with the victory. The largest advantage in the game came when East Coast Eagles' Nathan Sink's scored on the power play at 18:17 in the first period to put East Coast Eagles up 3-0.

East Coast Eagles was helped by Richard Hudzik, who registered one goal. Hudzik scored 5:49 into the first period to make the score 1-0 East Coast Eagles. Edward Parsons also scored for East Coast Eagles. In addition, East Coast Eagles received assists from Nicholas Skerlick, Nathan Margets, Robert Crawford, and Jonathan Haun, who each chipped in one.

Space Coast Hurricanes was helped by Andrew Bathgate, who finished with one goal. Bathgate scored 22:15 into the second period to make the score 3-2 East Coast Eagles. Chase Harris assisted on the tally. Space Coast Hurricanes also got points from Arthur Anderson, who also grabbed one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. More assists for Space Coast Hurricanes came via Crissostomos Villarreal and Jack Musil, who contributed one a piece.

East Coast Eagles' Bryan Canter stopped 15 shots out of the 17 that he faced. East Coast Eagles incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Jeremy Laux rejected 17 shots on goal for Space Coast Hurricanes. Space Coast Hurricanes incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
