Florida Eels survived a determined comeback attempt by Tampa Juniors on the way to a 4-3 win. A goal by Fredrik Wink put Florida Eels up 4-2 in the third period, but Tampa Juniors pulled to within one on Thomas Miller's tally 19:51 into the third period. Wink was all over the ice for Florida Eels, as he racked up two goals in the win. Florida Eels' offense rang up 39 shots on Tampa Juniors' net. Florida Eels also got a goal from Zachery Mudge as well. Other players who recorded assists for Florida Eels were Vasili Malliaras, Steven Prince, Daniel Filler, Tom Doverhjelm, and Arnaldo Osuna, who each chipped in one. Tampa Juniors excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances. Tampa Juniors was helped by Chase Anderson, who finished with one goal.
