Potomac Patriots downs East Coast Eagles in overtime, 6-1 (OT)

Cameron Smith gave Potomac Patriots a 6-1 (OT) victory over East Coast Eagles when he scored 6:33 into the extra period.

East Coast Eagles' 13 penalties came back to haunt it, as East Coast Eagles let up four goals while on the penalty kill.

Potomac Patriots was often in penalty trouble, totaling 10 minors and one major for 35 minutes in penalty time. Potomac Patriots surpassed its season average of 22.0 penalty minutes per game. Potomac Patriots' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four East Coast Eagles power plays.
