Atlanta Jr. Knights downs East Coast Eagles in overtime, 4-3 (OT)

George Gerasimou gave Atlanta Jr. Knights a 4-3 (OT) victory over East Coast Eagles when he scored 1:41 into the extra period.

Atlanta Jr. Knights was led by Gerasimou, who finished with one goal.

Atlanta Jr. Knights kept East Coast Eagles' goalie busy throughout the game, and Cory Lignelli made 55 saves on 59 shots.

Atlanta Jr. Knights also got a goal from Jordan Landwehr as well. In addition, Atlanta Jr. Knights received assists from Daniel Huntington, Kenny Coleman, and Daniel Fendius, who each chipped in one.

East Coast Eagles additionally got points from Parsons, who also had one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Nathaniel Thiemann also scored for East Coast Eagles. Other players who recorded assists for East Coast Eagles were Josh Martinez, Robert Crawford, Sean Ozment, Zachary Sweet, and Connor Kaminski, who contributed one a piece.

Brandon Haase rejected 31 shots on goal for Atlanta Jr. Knights. Atlanta Jr. Knights incurred 18 minutes in penalty time with four minors and had no power play opportunities. East Coast Eagles finished the contest with no penalties and went 1-for-4 with the man advantage.
