The Grimsby Peach Kings pulled out a 3-2 (OT) overtime victory over the Glanbrook Rangers on a clutch goal by Arie Dendekker. After the loss made the series score 0-3 in the best of seven series, Glanbrook faces elimination next time out. Grimsby came back from a two-goal deficit to capture the victory. The Peach Kings fell behind 2-0 after a goal by the Rangers' Nicolas Kuiper at 14:00 in the second period. Grimsby knotted things up at 2-2 on a goal by Jason McNeil at 12:24 in the third period. The Peach Kings pulled out the victory even though they were hit with 30 penalty minutes. Glanbrook was unable to stop Grimsby from sending pucks towards the net, and the Peach Kings eventually piled up 42 shots on goal. Grimsby also got a goal from Adam Burt as well. More assists for Grimsby came via Andrew Kolodzey, who had one and Cooper Naugoris, who had two. The Rangers were helped by Kevin Matthews, who tallied one goal. Matthews scored on the power play 5:15 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Glanbrook. A hooking penalty on Dendekker had put Glanbrook on the power play. Jake Hill picked up the assist. In addition, Glanbrook received assists from Dilon Ciprietti and Jordan Thomas, who each chipped in one. Jonathon Dilario made 17 saves for Grimsby on 19 shots. The Peach Kings registered one goal on two power play opportunities. Grimsby ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Des Cowan was ejected from the game. Tyler Leach recorded 39 saves for the Rangers. Glanbrook incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
