League policy calls for the postponement of any game when the Snow Emergency Plan is in effect, in either of the two participating team's counties, two hours prior to the start of the jayvee game.

Some school systems are also now closing immediately upon issuance of the Snow Emergency Plan so opposing program directors/coaches need to stay in close contact when that potential exists and relay information to parents in a timely manner.
