Game Preview: Drexel vs. Seton Hall
Date: Nov 15, 2025

While Niagara remained perfect on the season, St. Bonaventure earned some divisional respect as they played a tight 4-2 game against the UNYCHL Division's top dog. The Bonnie's were able to outshoot the Purple Eagles, but fell short in a late rally. St. Bonaventure was able to cut the Eagle's lead in half with about 4 minutes remaining in the third period and simply ran out of time. While Niagara is undoubtedly the top dog of the division so far this season, the battle for the second spot has been extremely heated. Two of those contenders squared off last weekend as Binghamton University visited St. Bonaventure. After Binghamton took a 2-1 lead early in the second period, the Bonnies scored 8 unanswered goals to take home a 9-2 victory. Presley Schiltz notched the 1st and 9th goals, however the Bonnies received the other 7 goals from 7 different scorers.
The Bonnies will play two non-league games this weekend and while Binghamton will take on Cornell. Heading into Thanksgiving break there is a lot of hockey remaining, however, the rest of the season should be interesting to watch as some of the ACHA's best will continue to battle it our for the top spot in the UNYCHL Division.
