BTL Hornets 18O got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Holden Groebl singled, scoring one run, Tyler Coffin singled, scoring one run, and a steal of home scored two runs.
BTL Hornets 18O scored six runs on seven hits in the bottom of the seventh inning. Cade Martinez doubled, scoring three runs, Quinn Groebl hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, and Cooper Schwindt singled, scoring two runs.
Cade Sutherland began the game for Derby Twins. The hurler gave up two hits and four runs (three earned) over three innings, striking out two and walking three. Cale Fossett began the game for BTL Hornets 18O. The starting pitcher allowed four hits and two runs over four innings, striking out none and walking three.
