Carlos Gonzales - Assisting this summer will be Carlos Gonzales from Cypress College in southern California.  Gonzales is in his sixth season at Cypress and will take on a variety of duties with the Panners.  “I am super excited to join the Goldpanner family and work alongside Coach Lach. I have been blessed to work with quality people in baseball and happy to see that continue this summer in Alaska.  The history in Fairbanks is second to none as you can see through the outstanding alumni.  I am very lucky to be a part of it and look forward to carrying on the tradition.”  Gonzales has managed the Orange County Pirates for the last five summers with tremendous success.  He has also been as assistant in the Cape Cod League.
