Catfish Advance to Championship Series for Second Consecutive Season

The Cape Catfish beat out the Clinton LumberKings 7-3 on Saturday, August 7. That win secured a spot for the Catfish in the Prospect League Championship Series. This will be the second time in two seasons the Catfish have earned a spot in the championship games. 

The Championship Series consists of three games. Game One will be hosted at Capaha Park on Monday, August 9. General admission tickets will cost $10, and select reserve seating tickets, including the Southeast Health Home Run Deck, will cost $12.  Games Two and Three will be hosted by the Aviators in Lafayette on August 11 and 12. 

For Catfish Fans who may be inclined to travel for games Two and Three, the Hilton Garden Inn West Lafayette Wabash Landing is available for lodging. 

The Championship Series operates on a "best out of three" basis. These games will conclude post-season play for the Prospect League.
