The Pioneers welcome back infielder Thomas Gavello, signing the U. of Pacific sophomore to a 2021 contract. Gavello hit .278 for the 2020 Pioneers, with 18 RBI and four stolen bases. Gavello is the first player signing announced for the 2021 season.
